Originally from Victoria, BC, Alexis first moved to Haida Gwaii in 2017. She completed her 200 hr yoga teacher training in 2018 and has since continued learning about the human body. Years of physical work including coastal tree planting and carpentry developed her interest in physical pain management.
In 2023 Alexis began studying at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy while completing her practicum in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. She graduated from PCCMT in 2025 and completed her Registration process recently in March, 2026.
Alexis is available for 60, 75, 90, and 120 minute Registered Massage Therapy appointments. She works in northern Haida Gwaii at 1821 Cedar Crescent in Masset, and in the south end at the Moon Room behind Earth Temple Studio in Daajing Giids.
Her scope of practice includes full-body massage therapy with the ability to focus on specific tweaks, strains, or knots while offering a relaxation focus to regulate the nervous system.
